On the eve of the Resurrection of Christ in the Metropolitan Cafe “Cinnamon”, Esplanadna str. 20 was charity event “Open Hearts’ Easter” for children immigrants from East Ukraine.

n the cozy atmosphere kids were able to escape from stressful experiences and the horrors of war. Especially for young immigrants Angelica Rudnytska held a workshop on techniques of painting Easter eggs. So, every kid learned to create their own unique Easter egg.

The action were supported by other starrs, including Arina Domski Marta Adamchuk, Max Nelipa, Vyacheslav Rybikov, Dmytro Stupka, Dmitry Oskin, Kirill Kapustin, Andrey Chornovil, Natalia Dovlatov, Andris Kapinsh, restaurateurs Marat Osipov, Alyona Starukh and others. Pavlo Tupikov from the project “Leading Ukraine” was leading charity event.

A lot of Ukrainian celebrities came with their children. Together they prepared delicious cakes and thematic cakes, which they had painted with bright colors as a symbol of spring and light hopes.

“We didn’t forget about the most important ingredients for our cakes and biscuits. This is warmth, love and attention. These joyful emotions are so necessary for children – immigrants from the East. This is the first step for their rehabilitation and a full life, “- said President International public organization” Dream “Irina Volgin.

Two girls – from Horlivka and Mariupol particularly impressed the audience. Despite the fact that they have suffered and had to leave his father’s house, the girls came with huge packages with things for other displaced families.

Charity event “Open Hearts’ Easter” was supported by the president of the Association “Social protection” Eugenia Tymoshenko, “Marat Osipov Collections of tastes” and Restarconsulting.

Children were entertained by animators. Together with Ukrainian stars were made Easter eggs, painted biscuit icing and decorated cakes. Coffee-house “Cinnamon” treated kids with their signature pancakes for every taste. There was warm family atmosphere all evening long.
