The President of the Association of International and National Non-Governmental Organizations \u201cSocial Protection\u201d Eugenia Tymoshenko visited rehabilitation camp “Island of Freedom”, organized by the ICO “World without addiction”.<\/p>\n
The camp is located on the Desenka river island and you can only get there by boat. There are people who faced drug, alcohol or other addictions. They are undergoing rehabilitation in the camp. On the “Island of Freedom” they completely change their life, outlook, attitude towards themselves and others.<\/p>\n
Eugenia Tymoshenko discussed cooperation with ICO “World without addiction” on the project “Social adaptation of teenagers deprived of their liberty”.This project will form the teenagers\u2019 life orientation, individual capture and promote the establishment of family and social ties.<\/p>\n
“The experience of our partners from ICO “World without addiction” to assist people who need rehabilitation after addictions is extremely important. All together we can help more people and give them freedom – freedom from drugs and alcohol”, – said the President of the Association<\/p>\n
